Regretfully, I have decided to suspend my yoga classes at Woodford until the current health crisis is resolved. Please keep safe and well until we can restart our class. Yoga has many benefits including strengthening the immune system so there are lots of practical things we can do to keep busy and well. Try to establish a home practice which will help with physical fitness and reduce stress. Yoga also helps you to get a good night's sleep which is also important for overall health. There are lots of online tutorials guiding you through yoga practice, relaxation and meditation so if you have spare time on your hands, have a look at those.
A relaxing Hatha yoga class with a few challenges for those who want them. Suitable for all levels as I am experienced in offering different options to a mixed class. Men and women are equally welcome.
